Electrostatic Paint
Electrostatic Paint(Powder Coating) is a type of coating that is applied as a dry powder. It is typically used to create a hard finish that is more resistant than conventional paint.
Process is performed in proper equipment to provide curing in kiln, booths for application with electrostatic guns and an overhead conveyor, where products or elements are hung to be then coated with paint (also called lamination).
Zinc Plated
It is one of the most important processes because it provides the resistance to corrosion required.
Zinc Plated is a treatment made with chemical, electrochemical, thermal or coating processes to protect material or parts from the effects of tropical weather. (Oxidation, or another type of degradation).
Product Assembly
We currently combine our processes to offer an integrated solution to our customers.
